[Care to reminisce? Psychic Linda Lauren invites y'all to check out her photos from Micky's 100th show broadcast! There are still some more things I plan to add later, in addition to the Tuesday/Thursdays.]

BREAKING NEWS (6-4-05): WCBS-FM is no longer. It was taken over by Jack-FM at 5 pm Eastern standard time on June 3. Unfortunately, this means that the Micky Dolenz in the Morning program, along with the rest of the WCBS-FM line-up, has reached an end. They are working on developing WCBS-FM online, as Chad Brown explains in his letter, and if any more relevant news comes our way regarding that, it will be posted. In a way, it was appropriate that Micky's 100th show was his last - at least he went out with a bang, and is relieved he won't have to get up so early anymore. As far as this website goes, you can look forward to the Tuesday/Thursdays still being posted eventually, and after that we will have a complete record of Micky's short but sweet time at the radio station. For more details on the take over, please read the article here. Thanks to all for your support of the show and this site, and if you'd like to write WCBS-FM about the matter, please use this form: http://www.wcbsfm.com/feedback.shtml

Lineup: Micky as host, Mike Fitzgerald (Fitz) as co-host, Karen Stewart was the newscaster, Mr. G was the weatherman, and Bruce Goldberg (Brucer the Producer) produced the show. Reoccurring guests included Ross Crystal, the entertainment correspondent from California, and Shannan Rouss from Self magazine, who was on every Thursday.

Micky began his career as a radio deejay on the prominent New York station, WCBS-FM. He premiered on January 10, 2005 and completed his last show on June 3, 2005. You could hear him from 6-10 am Eastern time. Most photos used in graphics for these pages belonged to the WCBS-FM website (which can still be found online
here), but someone from the station is aware of this... this site even got a brief plug on the show. How cool! See also my Interviews and Articles section for articles on the program.

This page was designed to provide daily updates on Micky's show for those of you who missed a show or could not tune in. Occasionally I'll interject my own comments in brackets. Please check back for frequent updates. I will be adding Tuesdays and Thursdays a bit late, because I miss the last hour and a half of these days due to work, and will need to receive the recorded copies in the mail and listen to them before I can post those days in their entirety. A special thank you goes out to my friend Sandy, who recorded the show for me if for some reason I had to miss a day! Without her, I could never present such a complete transcript. Thanks for your patience; hope you enjoy this page, and if you do, please sign the
guestbook and let me know! =)
