Welcome to Since I Fell For You: A Micky Dolenz Tribute. In light of the fact that few updated tribute pages for Micky still exist, I decided to try my hand at making one. For Monkees-related Micky info, please visit Monkees Utopia. This page is designed to encompass the lesser-known aspects of Micky's ventures. From Circus Boy in the '50s to AIDA in the '00s, Micky's career has spanned across continents as he acted, sang, produced, directed, painted, photographed, filmed, composed, drummed, strummed, wrote, and laughed his way through life. He has participated in such ventures as the Monkees, solo albums, Dolenz Jones Boyce & Hart, Harry Nilsson's musical The Point, Bugsy Malone, Metal Mickey, Luna, etc. Most recently, he became the host of his own New York radio show, Micky Dolenz in the Morning, on WCBS-FM. But most of all, this page is to celebrate him just "being Micky", as his mom used to say. Much peace and love.

NEWS FLASH:

1-21-05: Listen to Micky from 6-10 am Eastern time on WCBS-FM as he hosts his new radio show, Micky Dolenz in the Morning! Daily highlights provided here at Since I Fell For You. Congrats!

7-6-04: Coco, Micky's sister, has recently opened her own official site, CocoDolenz.com! Please support Coco by visiting her site and checking out her music and tour dates. Thanks!

3-16-04: Semi-Micky related, Harry Nilsson's animated film of The Point will be released on DVD on March 23 (Amazon.com). Micky and Davy starred in the musical version in the '70s, but they are not on the DVD, although Ringo Starr narrarates. It is the same plotline and songs though, if anyone is curious about what that project was like.

3-14-04: According to Amazon.com, Micky's autobiography I'm a Believer: My Life of Monkees, Music, and Madness will be re-issued in July 2004! It has long been out of print. Reportedly this edition will have 232 pages, more than the original, which hopefully means some new things will be added.
